Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 + Bonus

Project Manager – Supply Chain Strategies

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager – Supply Chain Strategies to join their team!

This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment and is looking to grow within the retail industry. The Project Manager – Supply Chain Strategies will join the supply chain team to lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and distribution. This role is functional in nature but will require a strong understanding of supply chain systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring project management expertise, hands-on supply chain experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization, warehouse operations, and process improvements.

• Partner with operations, fulfillment, logistics, and IT teams to implement system enhancements and workflow efficiencies.

• Manage all phases of strategic supply chain initiatives including planning, execution, budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience within supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, or manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of operational workflows and systems such as WMS, TMS, or YMS.

• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale initiatives from concept to execution.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications.

• Background in a retail or consumer-facing organization.

• Experience with warehouse layout optimization, automation (MHE), or distribution strategy.

• Must be local to Katy, TX – no relocation or sponsorship available.

• Onsite presence is required Monday through Friday, with early release Fridays.
