Position: Senior AV Support
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior AV Support to join their team!
The person in this role will be the go-to AV expert, working closely with multiple business units to design, implement, and support Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) environments across a variety of spaces. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to collaborate directly with executives, influence AV standards company-wide, and drive innovation as the team transitions toward Android-based AV systems, including Neat Bars. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving, clear communication, and being the trusted resource in dynamic, high-impact environments.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams Room environments using MTR Admin and Teams Room portals
- Program and manage AV systems such as Crestron, Biamp Tesira, and Dante
- Consult with internal business units on room builds—recommend AV setups based on room layout, equipment, and use case
- Occasionally travel to events and conferences (2–3 per year) and partner with third-party vendors for setup
- Serve as a primary point of contact for AV support, including requests from executive leadership
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Programming with Crestron, Biamp Tesira (DSP programming), and Dante (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
- Experience designing room builds and AV layouts
- Ability to navigate and support MTR Admin and Teams Room portals
- Executive-level professionalism and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Neat Bar or Android-based MTR systems
- Crestron DMC certification
- Previous experience supporting external conference AV setups
