Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $30 – $33 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Identify and eliminate blockers to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules and status reports
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders
• Oversee integration of third-party applications and tools
• Utilize Jira for project tracking and management
• Ensure compliance with change management processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in project management
• Strong understanding of database structures and IT infrastructure
• Experience with third-party application integration
• Proficient in Jira or similar project tracking tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SharePoint, Vox, and QuickBase
• Familiarity with AI OCR Data Extraction
• Background in enterprise document management systems
