Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000

Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing software company that builds specialized point-of-sale (POS) solutions for retailers across the U.S. If you’re an eager, self-motivated professional who thrives in a small but growing environment, this role offers room to grow and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from customers and internal stakeholders to define project needs.

• Conduct gap analyses and propose innovative, scalable solutions.

• Write and execute test cases for new software features and enhancements.

• Assist with project coordination, budget tracking, and customer relationship management.

• Communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders including customers, internal team members, offshore developers, and company leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM role.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highly self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a SaaS or startup environment.

• Knowledge of POS systems or retail software platforms.

• Familiarity with project coordination or budgeting in a tech environment.
