Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Lone Tree, CO 
Position: Support Tech

Inceed has partnered with a stellar client of ours to help find a skilled Support Tech to join their team for a one week assignment!

You’ll play a key role in relocating and setting up IT workstations for approximately 65 users. It’s a short but impactful project that requires attention to detail, professionalism, and solid IT support experience. The team environment is welcoming and mission-driven, and you’ll have the chance to make a real difference by ensuring everything is connected and functioning smoothly on day one.

Responsibilities:

• Disconnect and reconnect user endpoint hardware at the new location

• Set up workstations using detailed checklists (monitors, docking stations, phones, etc.)

• Assist with initial power-on and basic troubleshooting to ensure user connectivity

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, hardware deployment, or technical relocation

• Familiarity with Windows 10, Dell hardware, and Cisco desk phones

• Ability to follow detailed setup diagrams and user-specific checklists

• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a government setting

• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving boxed equipment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting relocations for 50+ users

• Background in public sector or government IT environments

• Excellent customer service and user-facing communication skills
