Position: Regional Bank Manager

Compensation: $ 65,000 – $ 75,000 annually

Location: Weatherford, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Regional Bank Manager to join their team!

Are you ready to elevate your banking career? This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of retail banking professionals across multiple branches. You’ll work closely with the Market President, driving the success of retail operations while fostering a culture of excellence and customer service. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and supervise daily operations of retail banking services
• Hire, train, and evaluate retail banking staff
• Conduct regular meetings with Retail Supervisors
• Ensure accuracy and accountability in banking activities
• Collaborate with management to develop best practices
• Perform various banking duties as needed
• Stay informed on banking regulations and security procedures
• Travel between branches as required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s preferred
• 3-5 years of banking or management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in retail banking management
• Knowledge of banking regulations
• Proficiency in mentoring and coaching teams
