Position: Retail Banking Supervisor

Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, 

Location: Weatherford, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Retail Banking Supervisor to join their team!

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll lead and inspire a Teller Team at the heart of banking operations. This opportunity arises due to recent organizational changes and aims to foster a strong service culture. If you’re looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new Teller Team members
• Provide exceptional customer service and oversee team performance
• Create and manage work schedules and handle time-off requests
• Mentor, train, and supervise the Teller Team
• Collaborate on performance issues with management
• Conduct 90-Day and Annual performance reviews
• Monitor client transaction activity and manage risk situations
• Lead weekly team meetings and quarterly individual meetings
• Perform banking tasks such as NSF decisions and cash orders

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of bank employment experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with CDARS and DepositPro
• Experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of banking regulations
