Position: Project Coordinator

Compensation: $ 30 – 33 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in Oklahoma City as a Project Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing multiple projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to high-level project management. The role is open due to expansion, and the company is looking for someone who can bring leadership and technical skills to the table. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Identify and eliminate project blockers
• Write and manage development tickets
• Oversee status reporting and project documentation
• Integrate tools to create efficient workflows
• Work closely with the Imaging team for process improvement
• Support the implementation of new ERP systems
• Facilitate third-party application integrations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong project management skills
• Experience with database structures and IT infrastructure
• Leadership experience in team management
• Proficiency in Jira or similar tracking tools
• Understanding of change management processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SharePoint, Vox, or QuickBase
• Knowledge of AI OCR Data Extraction
• Familiarity with enterprise document management
