Position: Front Desk Coordinator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join their team!

Our client is looking for someone who not only supports daily operations but brings positive energy to the entire team. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of communication—greeting clients, organizing events, managing the front office, and serving as a dependable go-to for the entire staff. This is more than a reception role—this is a critical contributor to the culture and functionality of a thriving organization.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, vendors, and associates with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Manage the front desk by handling calls, emails, scheduling, and walk-in interactions

  • Coordinate and execute events, such as luncheons and team meetings

  • Maintain and organize front office and breakroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality

  • Handle incoming communication for the executive team with professionalism and discretion

  • Escort and direct visitors while maintaining security protocols

  • Provide backup support for administrative roles as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate degree or some college coursework

  • 4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role

  • 2+ years of corporate experience in a client-facing position

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook)

  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly

  • Demonstrated success in planning and coordinating office events
