Position: Microsoft Tools Support & Training Specialist

Compensation: $ 35 – 45 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Microsoft Tools Support & Training Specialist to join their team!

In this role, you’ll support and train end-users on Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring they maximize their potential. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Train staff and end-users on Microsoft 365 tools
• Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft tools and workflows
• Assist in building or modifying Power Automate flows
• Guide users through issues via screen sharing
• Document processes, quick guides, and FAQs
• Collaborate with IT and business teams
• Maintain existing tool configurations and workflows

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Power Automate
• Experience providing remote support and training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and patient with teaching abilities
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a utility environment
• Experience working with technical users
