Network Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Technician to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT career to gain hands on experience in networking deployments, inventory management, and field coordination. If you’re passionate about IT and want to grow your networking skills in a collaborative, fast-moving environment — this is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, track, and ship access point hardware to field techs
• Troubleshoot and provide support to onsite techs during installs
• Track project completion, validate installs, and close out tickets
• Support low-level switch configuration and basic command-line steps

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong communication and soft skills — able to support field techs over the phone and coordinate logistics clearly and effectively
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 1–2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or IT coordination experience preferred
• A+ or Network+ certification preferred
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and terminology
