Compensation: $120,000-$125,000

Position: Sr. Technical Project Manager

Inceed has partnered with a stellar, growing company to help find a skilled Sr. Technical Project Manager to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced project leader to manage hardware engineering efforts across both legacy and next-gen product lines. The right candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment, overseeing initiatives from concept through delivery. This team plays a vital role in shaping technology used in critical infrastructure across the country—so a passion for precision, process, and purpose is key!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects for existing hardware products and support new product launches

  • Own project planning, resource coordination, and execution across departments

  • Deliver clear updates to leadership and proactively address risks

  • Lead engineering reviews to ensure functional and business alignment

  • Drive process and product improvements through cross-team collaboration

  • Ensure quality and compliance throughout all phases of development

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Firmware preferred)

  • 7+ years in hardware product development or related engineering leadership roles

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing mid-to-large scale engineering projects

  • PMP certification

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle

  • Familiarity with project management software tools

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Background in electronic or mechanical hardware design

  • Experience with product qualification testing and risk mitigation

  • Exposure to matrixed or cross-functional team structures
