Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $17/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Send SMS notifications to patients for order awareness
- Make calls and warm-transfer to available agents
- Record entries in the internal database
- Process call-tag requests for return orders
- Initiate calls to patients
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service or call center environments
- Proficiency in database entry and management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with SMS notification systems
