Position: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $17/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Send SMS notifications to patients for order awareness
• Make calls and warm-transfer to available agents
• Record entries in the internal database
• Process call-tag requests for return orders
• Initiate calls to patients

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service or call center environments
• Proficiency in database entry and management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with SMS notification systems
