Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $90,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE — Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic and fast-growing team as a Project Manager where you’ll oversee exciting projects across various industries like casinos, hospitals, and more. This opportunity arises as a backfill for an internal promotion, giving you a chance to step into a role with a strong foundation and ample room for growth. Work alongside a talented team to deliver high-quality security solutions and installations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically handling five at a time
• Coordinate with sales and field operations to establish project scope
• Provide technical assistance and quality control on installations
• Conduct project meetings for large or key national accounts
• Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication
• Prepare and present project updates to management and clients
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and project completion

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience
• Experience with enterprise-level projects
• Advanced knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Background in IT, physical security, construction, or telecom

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint
