Position: Accounting Specialist
Compensation: $23 – $26 /hour
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage month-end closing for apartment complexes
- Perform full cycle accounting tasks
- Review invoices created by AP personnel
- Manipulate data using Excel for balance sheets
- Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable duties
- Collaborate with team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
- Strong understanding of month-end closing processes
- Experience with General Ledger, AP, and AR
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in real estate or property management accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software
