Position: Accountant

Compensation: $ 65,000 – 78,000 annually

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant to join their team!

The role has opened up due to an internal promotion, offering you the chance to step into a position with a focus on Accounts Receivable. Located in Tulsa, OK, this role offers flexible working hours and the chance to work directly with the Controller. If you are tech-savvy, driven, and have a knack for numbers, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting entries
• Prepare journal entries for multiple entities
• Manage accounts receivable balances and perform collection duties
• Process cash receipts, credit invoices, and customer rebates
• Resolve bill and payment discrepancies
• Maintain daily cash activity and general ledger trial balances
• Participate in monthly and year-end financial close processes
• Manage vendor and customer correspondence
• Compile travel data for sustainability reporting
• Assist the Controller with accounting and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable work experience
• 1-3 years minimum experience in accounting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with global manufacturing companies
• Master’s degree or CPA certification
• Knowledge of ai-automation tools
• Experience with ERP systems
• Understanding of reporting and financial statements
