Position: Billing Analyst

Compensation: $28 – $38 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Billing Analyst to join their team!

As a Billing Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing activities. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation
• Track and follow up on disputed or pending invoices
• Prepare and maintain invoice status reports
• Coordinate with teams to address system-related issues
• Identify billing discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
• Participate in user testing of invoice workflows
• Contribute to documentation of billing processes
• Perform data entry for rate card details
• Support ad-hoc reporting and billing tasks

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and basic data analysis skills
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and proactive with task management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Coupa, SAP, Sage, TMF systems
• Familiarity with technology billing or cloud-based invoice models
• Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry experience
• Experience with contract terms and invoice reconciliation
