Position: Sr Order to Cash Manager
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Order to Cash Manager to join their team!
Step into a pivotal role where you'll lead strategic billing and credit operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement efficient billing processes that enhance accountability and reporting. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and develop a high-performing billing and collections team
- Design scalable billing processes for multiple service lines
- Oversee the full Order-to-Cash cycle
- Evaluate customer credit risk and set terms
- Ensure timely collections and minimize aged receivables
- Provide regular reporting on AR aging and credit exposure
- Utilize ERP and AR tools to streamline processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years in credit, collections, and billing
- 3+ years in a managerial role
- Experience in high-volume B2B logistics or supply chain
- Proficiency with enterprise ERP and AR systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s or MBA preferred
- Familiarity with EDI invoicing in logistics
- Experience with global customers
- Knowledge of trade finance tools
- Professional certification is a plus
