Position: Order to Cash Manager

Compensation: $38 – $58 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Order to Cash Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic logistics company as an Order to Cash Manager, where you’ll lead strategic billing and collections operations. This role is crucial for enhancing cash flow and customer relationships. The opportunity arises as part of a strategic initiative to streamline the billing process, making it a pivotal position for the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and develop a high-performing billing and collections team
• Design scalable, efficient billing processes
• Oversee the full Order-to-Cash cycle
• Optimize handoffs between operations, billing, and finance
• Evaluate customer credit risk and set credit terms
• Ensure timely collections through effective strategies
• Provide regular reporting on AR aging and cash forecasting
• Utilize ERP and TMS tools for process improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years in credit, collections, and billing
• 3+ years in a managerial or senior leadership role
• Experience in B2B logistics or supply chain environment
• Proficiency with ERP and AR systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with EDI invoicing and accessorial billing
• Experience with global customers
• Knowledge of credit reviews and trade finance tools
• Professional certification is a plus
