Compensation: $80-88/hr

Position: Senior Project Manager 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a high-impact role leading a large-scale ERP transformation. The company is in the early stages of implementing IFS to replace all legacy business systems. This initiative involves integrating multiple custom interfaces and coordinating with numerous third-party vendors. The project is reaching a pivotal point where formal scheduling and structured execution will begin, making this the perfect time for an experienced PM/PMO to step in and provide leadership. This person will be central to driving progress, enforcing accountability, and aligning efforts across teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the project schedule and ensure alignment with program goals

• Manage key project documentation including logs, reports, and schedules

• Coordinate and communicate across internal teams and third-party application partners

• Oversee the technical migration of systems and data to the new ERP platform

• Ensure accountability across stakeholders and facilitate status meetings

• Support risk management, timeline tracking, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation projects

• Deep understanding of enterprise-level ERP systems such as IFS, JD Edwards, SAP, or Dynamics

• Strong grasp of ERP core financial concepts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable

• Ability to build project schedules and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

• Demonstrated success operating at a Senior PM or PMO level

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience stepping into troubled projects and driving successful outcomes

• Familiarity with the construction industry or related project environments

• Previous involvement with ERP data migration and custom interface management
