Position: Procurement Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Specialist to join their team!

Seeking a results-driven Strategic Procurement Specialist with a strong focus on Direct Procurement for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO). This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience managing high-value spend and driving procurement efficiency to support a growing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for the MRO category that align with operational goals and business needs.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to secure cost-effective, reliable, and high-quality services and materials.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while tracking compliance and performance metrics.
• Monitor category performance and identify areas for improvement, including cost-saving opportunities and process optimization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in direct MRO purchasing.
• Proven track record in managing MRO categories within large-scale operations.
• Excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management capabilities.
• Savvy Excel Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
   

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the energy sector, particularly in solar or renewable energy industries.

• This position requires 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
