Position: Enterprise Analyst

Compensation: $26/hour – $33.50/hour, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE — Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enterprise Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team working on long-term projects in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity offers the chance to work onsite initially, with the potential for hybrid work after the first 30-60 days. The role is open due to multiple backfills, providing a stable and growth-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity via technology
• Run reports and pull data using PowerBI
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with various business facets, including upper management
• Conduct software assessments and implementations
• Utilize advanced skills with MS products, including Project and SharePoint
• Experience with QuickBase or Jira
• ROI Project Management experience
• Data Analysis experience with Excel, Access, or SAS
• Process modeling and documentation tool experience

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with software assessments and implementations
• Proficiency in PowerBI for data analysis
• Experience working with multiple projects
• Advanced skills with MS Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
