Compensation: $150k – $170k

Location: Denver, Colorado

Position: Information Security Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Information Security Engineer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about cybersecurity to support and enhance the organization’s IT security posture. The ideal candidate will contribute to vital initiatives in firewall configuration, penetration testing, and audit investigations, while also helping to shape future security processes and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct security investigation, audit log reviews, and documentation for compliance reporting
• Support penetration testing and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Lead engineering efforts across various IT security disciplines, including access controls and firewall policy management 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong networking knowledge, including experience with Checkpoint Firewalls and Z Scaler
• Hands-on experience with intrusion detection and endpoint detection and response systems
• proficiency in log analysis, configuration recommendations, and investigating potential threats 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with Active Directory and RedHat
