Position: ITAM Specialist

Compensation: $50 – $55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Monitor IT assets from procurement to decommissioning
Perform physical and digital inventory audits
Manage asset entries and updates using ServiceNow
Ensure accurate asset metadata and lifecycle tracking
Coordinate with procurement and IT support teams
Manage end-of-life planning for IT assets
Maintain documentation and SOPs for asset lifecycle
Generate reports on asset counts and compliance issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years in IT asset lifecycle management
Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and data integrity
Excellent communication skills
