Position: HR Generalist
Compensation: $28 – $29 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Generalist to join their team!
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team and contribute to the creation of a new handbook, updating policies, and ensuring compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite in Oklahoma City, where you will be part of a team dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and update company policies and procedures
- Conduct reporting and auditing in Workday
- Collaborate with a team of five HR professionals
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards
- Assist with employee relations and benefits as needed
- Create aesthetically pleasing and detailed handbooks
- Flexibility to work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with policy and procedure development
- Proficiency in Workday for reporting and auditing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in employee relations and benefits
- Creative design skills for handbook creation
