Position: HR Generalist

Compensation: $28 – $29 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Generalist to join their team!

Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team and contribute to the creation of a new handbook, updating policies, and ensuring compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite in Oklahoma City, where you will be part of a team dedicated to excellence and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and update company policies and procedures
• Conduct reporting and auditing in Workday
• Collaborate with a team of five HR professionals
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards
• Assist with employee relations and benefits as needed
• Create aesthetically pleasing and detailed handbooks
• Flexibility to work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with policy and procedure development
• Proficiency in Workday for reporting and auditing
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in employee relations and benefits
• Creative design skills for handbook creation
