Position: Payroll Coordinator

Compensation: $48,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic finance team as a Payroll Coordinator, where you’ll be the main contact for all payroll-related activities. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a growing organization by ensuring smooth payroll operations. The role is open due to expansion, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take on the responsibility and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process four payrolls for employees
• Analyze time and pay data for financial reporting
• Maintain payroll records and file tax reports
• Handle involuntary deductions like levies and garnishments
• Prepare accounting transactions and documents
• Coordinate audits for Workers Compensation and Medicare

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 3 – 5 years of payroll experience
• Experience with payroll systems
• Strong analytical and computational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare payroll experience
• Experience with Oracle systems
• Ability to work independently as the primary payroll contact
