Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Position: Project Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead 8–12 concurrent client projects from kickoff through post-launch

• Collaborate cross-functionally with devs, analysts, and 3rd-party vendors

• Build trust with government clients through clear, consistent communication

• Maintain tight control of timelines, scope, and deliverables

• Translate broad requirements into tactical plans and milestones

• Keep internal systems and reporting current and accurate

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in IT/software project management

• PMP certification (PMI preferred)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience balancing multiple, overlapping projects at various stages

• Skilled in breaking down large projects into smaller, trackable tasks

• Strong documentation, billing, and delivery tracking experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in local government or public sector

• Prior experience with external software implementations

• Exposure to Jira and Office 365

• Comfort working in a growing mid-sized company with evolving structure
