Compensation: $85-$90/hr 

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Position: Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist to join their team!

This is a high-impact functional role focused on configuring and optimizing Dynamics 365 Finance modules. You’ll be embedded in a tight-knit, mission-driven group helping modernize legacy ERP systems. 

If you have experience leading from the front end, driving best practices, and rolling up your sleeves in the Finance, Procurement, or PM modules—this is your kind of project!

Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance modules (GL, Procurement, PM—Grants a plus)

• Partner closely with functional stakeholders and the implementation team to gather requirements, validate workflows, and support users

• Translate business needs into system configurations that improve usability and performance

• Lead and support testing, training, documentation, and go-live preparation

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during implementation

• Support agile or hybrid project activities alongside cross-functional county teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven hands-on functional experience implementing Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance)

• Strong understanding of front-end configurations, utilization, and process design

• Ability to collaborate with both internal users and external partners

• Skilled at business process improvements and user-centric system design

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-team implementation project

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in public sector or government ERP projects

• Familiarity with legacy ERP (JD Edwards) data or transitions

• Exposure to Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or Power BI

• Background in conference room pilots, training coordination, or go-live support
