Position: Electrical CAD Technician

Compensation: $25 – $27 /hour

Location: Ft Worth, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical CAD Technician to join their team!

This exciting opportunity involves working onsite in Texas with a dynamic team to create world-class electrical CAD designs for pipeline projects. The role is crucial in assisting technical teams to develop computer-aided drafting solutions. This position offers the chance to grow in a collaborative environment, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Create and revise engineering drawings from sketches or layouts

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree in drafting technology or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Civil 3D expertise
• Experience with profile views and bands
• Ability to generate alignments and modify geometry
• Understanding of scaling and viewports
• Skilled in surface and pipe networks
• Familiarity with sheet set production
• Knowledge of layer management
• QA/QC skills for drafting errors
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• AutoLISP or Dynamo for productivity
