Position: Business Analyst

Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Shawnee, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements
• Provide context to project tasks through discussions and workshops
• Lead project grooming sessions to define tasks
• Identify and resolve issues with internal projects
• Guide and mentor junior business analysts

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in software business analysis
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead project sessions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in mentoring junior team members
• Familiarity with in-house software development
