Position: Oracle Database Administrator

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oracle Database Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Install, configure, maintain, and tune Oracle 19c databases
• Create, modify, and decommission database instances
• Manage backup and recovery operations using RMAN
• Monitor production systems for optimal performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders for database solutions
• Develop procedures for data integrity and reliability
• Implement and enforce database security policies
• Conduct capacity planning for performance alignment
• Document procedures for continuity and support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience with a degree
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database internals
• Proficiency with Oracle Data Guard and Flashback
• Experience patching and upgrading EMCC
• Strong understanding of Red Hat Linux/Unix environments
• Scripting skills in Perl, Shell, and PL/SQL
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with data modeling tools like ERwin or Toad Data Modeler
• Familiarity with Oracle ATG and Endeca
