Position: Senior Technology Support Specialist

Compensation: $55,000 – $63,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Claremore, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and support Active Directory
• Provide technical support for Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Troubleshoot network, server, and PC issues
• Maintain and configure routers and switches
• Handle ticket systems and ensure strong documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of technology support experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of networks, servers, and PCs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
