Position: AWS Connect Engineer

Compensation: $50 – $65/hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AWS Connect Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team focused on enhancing call center operations through innovative AWS Connect solutions. This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects that will streamline processes and improve customer interactions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop automation routing for call center agents using AWS Connect
• Write IVRs, Lambdas, and APIs to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate on database work and scriptwriting
• Deploy projects in North America and Europe
• Maintain and troubleshoot overnight scripts
• Drive self-learning with team support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience with OOP language
• 3+ years experience with APIs (REST preferred)
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases
• Experience with Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB
• Proficiency in a programming language (Node.js, Python, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• ETL experience
• Experience with S3 and Postgres
• Light Java coding skills
• Experience with SaaS applications
