Compensation: $40-$49/hr 

Location: Castle Rock, CO 

Position: Systems Administrator 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Administrator to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure that supports both enterprise and public safety applications. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will directly impact system stability, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise and critical apps; ensure uptime and reliability

• Manage disaster recovery, backups, replication, and retention

• Perform maintenance, patching, and upgrades on servers/apps

• Monitor alerts/performance; troubleshoot outages and hardware issues

• Design/manage server and storage solutions, including virtualization

• Administer AD, DNS, DHCP, email systems, SSL/TLS certificates

• Implement/maintain cybersecurity: firewalls, logs, email security

• Collaborate on projects, after-hours maintenance, and system improvements

• Document systems and support IT staff cross-training

• Stay updated on tech trends; recommend infrastructure enhancements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in CS or related (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ yrs mid-size network environment experience

• VMware, storage protocols (iSCSI/NFS), Microsoft server tech

• PowerShell scripting, system monitoring, troubleshooting

• Networking fundamentals knowledge

• Cybersecurity implementation and management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Python scripting

• Public safety or critical IT experience

• Advanced virtualization knowledge, including resource scheduling and high-availability configurations.
