Position: Commercial Loan Manager
Compensation: $ 220,000 – 240,000 annually with bonus opportunities
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Manager to join their team!

As a Commercial Loan Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an established book and leading a team of two lenders, with potential for growth. This role focuses on team growth and maintaining strong client relationships, with a competitive compensation package. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Integrate and implement commercial lending policies.
- Maximize bank's revenues and profits through lending.
- Supervise commercial lenders and assist in loan structuring.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Analyze financial information for credit worthiness.
- Underwrite credit requests promptly.
- Participate in civic and public relations activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of lending-related experience.
- Completion of Commercial Lending School within 24 months.
- Proven ability to build full banking relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of lending practices.
