Position: Commercial Loan Manager

Compensation: $ 220,000 – 240,000 annually with bonus opportunities

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Manager to join their team!

As a Commercial Loan Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an established book and leading a team of two lenders, with potential for growth. This role focuses on team growth and maintaining strong client relationships, with a competitive compensation package. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Integrate and implement commercial lending policies.
• Maximize bank's revenues and profits through lending.
• Supervise commercial lenders and assist in loan structuring.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Analyze financial information for credit worthiness.
• Underwrite credit requests promptly.
• Participate in civic and public relations activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of lending-related experience.
• Completion of Commercial Lending School within 24 months.
• Proven ability to build full banking relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of lending practices.
