Position: Network Architect
Compensation: $60-70/hr.
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a Network Architect to join their team!

Join a high-performing infrastructure team as a senior-level Network Architect. This is a strategic and hands-on role focusing on both current and future-state design. You will play a crucial role in supporting architecture, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with leadership to present business cases and recommendations. This is a leadership and technical mentorship position within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead network architecture and design efforts
• Mentor and guide junior staff members
• Collaborate with leadership on business case presentations
• Enhance network security with Palo Alto firewalls
• Drive network efficiency and security improvements
• Engage with senior stakeholders and present architectural decisions
• Work closely with the infrastructure and infosec teams
• Facilitate network segmentation initiatives
• Ensure seamless hybrid connectivity with cloud services

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• CCNP certification
• Strong expertise in Cisco Route/Switch
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
• Experience in network segmentation initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Palo Alto certifications
• CCIE certification
• Understanding of OSPF protocols
