Position: Senior OT Security Engineer

Compensation: $135,000 – $155,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and execute technical security efforts across plant sites
• Focus on vulnerability management and incident response
• Configure, manage, and implement OT security tools
• Lead vulnerability scanning and risk assessment processes
• Collaborate with plant staff, IT, Engineers, and leadership
• Manage incident response processes and investigations
• Ensure security frameworks (NIST) compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, 3+ in OT environments
• Experience with vulnerability management tools
• Strong incident response skills
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST
• Comfortable being the go-to person for OT security
