Position: Accounting Analyst – Inventory

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Analyst – Inventory to join their team!

Join a dynamic company where you’ll play a key role in managing and analyzing inventory processes. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process and review inventory transfers for equipment and fuel
• Utilize inventory module to track inventory
• Resolve material transfer discrepancies with coordinators and vendors
• Prepare monthly and quarterly inventory reports
• Conduct physical yard inventories and reconciliation
• Collaborate on yearly inventory write-offs
• Investigate unusual inventory results
• Perform quarterly analysis of SiteView
• Research wells for inventory credits
• Periodic travel required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Five years of Oil and Gas accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in joint interest accounting or inventory accounting
• SAP experience preferred
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible regarding workload and priorities
