Position: IT Project Coordinator

Compensation: $ 25 – 28 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Coordinator to join their team!

Step into a dynamic role where you'll collaborate closely with IT management and enterprise analysts, supporting strategic initiatives at a stable organization with a continuous pipeline of projects. This long-term contract position offers a fast-paced environment with room for growth and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Organize and monitor strategic initiatives
• Create and track tasks and schedules
• Participate in and organize meetings
• Ensure deadlines are met timely
• Coordinate efforts of non-direct report team members
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot basic issues
• Utilize advanced Excel, Outlook, and M365 skills

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Superior communication and professional speaking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in conference room settings
