Position: Regional Retail Manager

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma OR Cushing, OK areas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Regional Retail Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and inspire teams of Retail Supervisors
• Monitor daily operations and supervise tasks
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees
• Develop teams through mentoring and coaching
• Conduct regular meetings with Retail Supervisors
• Oversee banking activities for accuracy and accountability
• Collaborate on best practices for successful operations
• Perform various banking duties as needed
• Travel to various branches up to 4 days a week

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of banking or management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, communicative environment
• Knowledge of banking regulations and security procedures
