Position: Financial Analyst

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!

This role offers a chance to develop and interpret financial data, providing leadership with meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Evaluate historical data and trends for insights
• Translate complex financial concepts into business terms
• Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting tools
• Collaborate with team to improve financial results

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-4 years of financial reporting and analysis experience
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SQL Reporting Services
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL queries
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Experience in a team environment with changing priorities
