Position: End User Support

Compensation: $ 58,000 – 65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled End User Support to join their team!

Join our team as an End User Support Analyst, providing vital IT support to employees in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the go-to expert for Windows-based systems, handling hardware and application issues to keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for tech-savvy problem solvers who want to make an impact and grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support employees with Windows-based systems and iOS devices
• Manage hardware installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Ensure consistency in installations and asset management
• Review and update quality control processes
• Maintain change management database and hardware inventory
• Provide technical support and resolve tickets efficiently
• Communicate technical information clearly to end-users
• Ensure process compliance and meeting SLA requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
• Basic PC network connectivity knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Associate degree in Information Technology
• Basic A+, N+ certifications
• Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
• Customer service experience
