Position: Technical Trainer

Compensation: $30 – $37 /hour

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Training Analyst for their team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to develop technical training materials and conduct engaging training sessions. You’ll work closely with technical managers and specialists to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. This role is open due to the company’s growth and need for enhanced training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and maintain up to date knowledge in core technology and applications
• Identify and address training needs
• Develop training materials in a variety of formats
• Facilitate training sessions
• Update resource materials based on feedback and updates
• Partner with stakeholders for effective customer service and consultation
• Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Collect and maintain training data for performance indicators
• Support external vendor-provided training with end users

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences
• 2+ years with content authoring tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing and delivering technical training solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• APTD or CPTD Certification
• Experience in the construction industry
