Position: Project Coordinator

Compensation: $22 – $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Ok

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team!

This position is open as a backfill, providing you the chance to work with a leading brand in a pivotal role. You will coordinate technology upgrades, ensuring smooth communication and project execution in a fast-paced setting. This opportunity offers significant potential for growth and development within a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with franchisees and suppliers for quotes and agreements
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal leadership
• Manage installation partners to meet project timelines
• Ensure timely arrival of necessary equipment for installation
• Devise contingency plans for potential crises

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• 1+ year professional experience in a coordinator role
• Interest in technology and IT project coordination

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• PMP Certification
• Experience with Jira and Service Now
• Experience working with vendors and third-party companies
• Technical Implementation experience
