Position: HR Representative

Compensation: $18 – $19 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Representative to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a hybrid role that combines both remote and on-site work. You’ll be involved in a variety of human resource programs and activities, providing essential support and administration. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and offers the chance to make a real impact within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform entry-level activities for HR programs and activities
• Provide assistance in day-to-day HR functions
• Act as first line contact for HR questions
• Prepare and verify information and reports
• Assist with special projects and training sessions
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge of HR policies and programs
• Experience with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to read and interpret policies and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicable driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Training in development programs
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Presentation skills
