Position: AP Clerk

Compensation: $18 – $20 /hour

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Clerk to join their team!

If you're an AP expert with a knack for managing high-volume invoicing and vendor management, this opportunity is perfect for you! Join a dynamic team where your skills in using paperless systems will shine. This role is open due to the company's expansion, offering you a chance to grow alongside them.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process 100 invoices per day efficiently
• Manage vendor relationships professionally
• Utilize Doculink for paperless transactions
• Ensure accuracy in all AP tasks
• Collaborate with finance team for seamless operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of AP experience
• Proficiency in paperless systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail in high-volume environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Doculink software
• Background in vendor management
