Position: Senior Accountant

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop new processes for account reconciliations
• Assist in management tasks to support the balance sheet team
• Provide guidance and support to staff accountants on the balance sheet team
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including analysis of variances and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize accounting workflows

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in accounting, preferably in staff or senior roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of senior accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in oil, gas, or utility sectors
• Advanced accounting certifications
